Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, in a legal environment. Candidate should demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities and work in an organized, efficient manner with various team members. Candidates will be expected to immediately begin working with a variety of cases of all levels of complexity in a fast-paced, high demand environment and should be flexible to work overtime as needed. Should have familiarity with federal and state e-filing. Calculating and calendaring deadlines and proactive follow-up on deadlines. Drafting pleadings and discovery. Document review and management. Aid with hearing preparations, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, discovery, and expert witnesses. Arbitrator research, rank and strike. Provide assistance with briefs and exhibits, Table of Authorities, cite checks, Shepardizing, Blue Book, trial notebooks, trial logistics, and trial presentation. Excellent typing skills. Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, efficient, hard-working. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and experience with Adobe Pro. Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Candidate will also provide general support as needed, including clerical work.
