Litigation Paralegal Candidate must have substantial law firm experience, which includes discovery management, performing legal research and factual investigations, cite checking and handling all aspects of trial preparation. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Experience with eDiscovery software such as Relativity or Viewpoint is highly desirable, as is familiarity with Adobe Professional and SharePoint. Must be comfortable working in a busy environment and multi-tasking, including reporting to multiple litigation, appellate and labor partners.
