Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3 years of experience in Commercial and Intellectual Property litigation. Must have experience in all aspects of discovery and trial preparation. Experience with e-discovery is preferred, including working with outside vendors, organizing and coding documents in Ringtail (highly preferred) or other document software, and preparing trial exhibits using trial software (such as Trial Director). Should demonstrate strong communication skills, and handle confidential client information. Some travel may be required during trials. Must be familiar with Illinois and federal rules, as well as have experience with electronic filing and Westlaw research. Should be able to support a busy practice with multiple attorneys. Paralegal Certificate or Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Excellent communication skills, analytical and organizational abilities, and a proactive nature to manage multiple priorities and deadlines required.
