Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for intake and case management of all property subrogation claims, providing exceptional client service. Facilitate and coordinate all logistics during negotiations, mediations arbitrations, trials and/or settlements. Draft and e-file motions, pleadings, summons, complaints, subpoenas, etc. Monitor case status tracking updates, due dates and appearances, providing regular updates to both Attorneys and Clients. Assist with discovery including gathering evidence, obtaining contracts and performing legal and factual research. Assist with document production including organizing documents, creating and maintaining privilege logs, performing bates-stamping, redaction, duplication and indexing of documents and maintaining exhibits. Maintain regular communication with and roster of insurance claims representatives, forensic consultants, adjusters, investigators and experts. Attend client meetings, court appearances and depositions, digesting and drafting concise and accurate summaries. Perform general administrative duties as needed to ensure effective and efficient case progress. Should have 5+ years in a fast paced, high volume litigation practice with insurance defense or large property loss subrogation strongly preferred.
