Business Immigration Junior Paralegal The candidate will review and assess immigration related documents. Research recruitment options, business/industry trends, and immigration and Dept. of Labor codes and regulations. Draft USCIS and DOL forms, support letters, and related business immigration documents. Work with clients and paralegals to create and maintain various system accounts. Update client information in case management system and prepare Case Management Reports. Assemble and review exhibits and petitions in preparation for filing. BS or BA Degree required. Immigration experience preferred. Strong proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word required. Experience with Law Logix a plus. Good oral and written communication skills required. Good research skills required.
