Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have Four-year college degree and ABA-Approved Paralegal Certificate required. Should have 4+ years of significant experience in business immigration law to support practicing attorneys by preparing and filing employment-based nonimmigrant petitions, including E, H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, O-1s, and immigrant petitions, including PERMs, Preference Petitions and Adjustment of Status Applications. Should have ability to manage client relationships for high-volume clients and complex projects under short deadlines. Must have proficiency with various technology platforms, including Office 2013 and LawLogix.
