Legal Writer - Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will draft government forms, writing detailed persuasive letters, maintaining files, reviewing documents, identifying issues, and communicating with clients. Perform intake of cases once assigned. Write detailed persuasive letters. Analyze and summarize published works of candidates. Draft government forms, writing detailed persuasive letters, maintaining files, reviewing documents, identifying issues, and communicating with clients. Create case strategy and work closely with members of the legal team to ensure the accuracy of all information. Work independently and managing multiple writing projects simultaneously. Maintain client contact information. Provide status updates. File documents in proper order. Update case management system. Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications. Build knowledge of Firm and client processes. Bachelor s, Associate's degree or Paralegal Certification is required. Prior experience with EB-1A, EB-1B, NIW, or O-1 writing experience is required.
