Legal Secretary - Civil Litigation The candidate should have 3+ years of consecutive litigation experience. Preferred experience would be civil litigation/insurance defense. Job responsibilities include to transcription and drafting of legal documents to include correspondence, pleadings, motions, orders, opening and closing of files and other special projects. Must have experience in e-filing in various state and federal courts, as well as copying, faxing, scanning, mailing documents and other duties as required. Must be proficient in Word.
