Pre-Litigation Paralegal - Bilingual The candidate will effectively manage and organize ~100 personal injury cases. Support clients through bodily injury and property damage claims. Make monthly calls to clients for treatment updates and client concerns; monitor medical treatment. Build strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and government agencies officials. Identify claim issues and address them with the supervisor or attorney. Review and summarize medical records. Prepare settlement packages for submission to insurance companies. High school education is required. A college degree is preferred. Should have 1+ years of experience with pre-litigation case management and case management software. Knowledge of Microsoft applications is needed. A strong work ethic with the ability to manage workload independently is needed. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. Working knowledge of NC General Statutes regarding 3rd party medical liens and health insurance subrogation confirming validity of liens are needed.
