Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for preparing filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and immigration court, drafting affidavits, communicating with clients, completing forms, gathering facts and evidence to support our clients applications and motions, drafting declarations, and more. Should have 1-3 years of experience in consular, family and employment law. Must have ability to compose correspondence, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and work independently. Must be familiar with the procedures governing family-based immigration, consular processing, asylum, naturalization, waivers, removal defense, and employment-based cases.
