Seeking Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 3 years of commercial leasing experience. Candidate will have experience with general real estate transactional matters, including the following: Reviewing, drafting and negotiating ground leases. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating REAs, Development Agreements and related documents in connection with ground-up developments. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements. Experience with title and survey review. Commercial lending experience preferred.
