**Commercial Litigation Attorney** Law Firm is seeking a litigation attorney who is proficient in Chinese to join the firm's Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of legal experience in the U.S. and be licensed to practice in Illinois; litigation background is requested. **Responsibilities:** - Taking and defending depositions - Motion practice and oral argument in federal and state court - Preparing pleadings and written discovery - Researching and briefing complex issues - Conducting fact investigation - Preparing client reports - Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail - Ability to work well on a team **Qualifications:** - Must be able to speak, read and write Chinese at a college level - Minimum of 2 years of legal experience in the U.S. - Must be licensed to practice in Illinois - Litigation background is requested **Compensation:** Salary is commensurate with experience. **To Apply:** Please submit a cover letter, resume, and 2 writing samples.
