Litigation Legal Secretary Candidate should have 5+ years of experience as a litigation Legal Secretary. Must be experienced legal secretary with knowledge of labor and employment law. Must have excellent administrative, communication, organizational skills and proficient in electronic court filings. The team player we seek must possess exceptional MS Word (65 wpm), grammar, spelling, proofreading and attention to detail skills. This individual must also have the ability to handle multiple tasks and become an integral part of client service. Must have the ability to work well individually or in a team environment. Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude are of equal importance to our environment. Professionalism, maturity and flexibility are a must. Must have: Knowledge of labor and employment law; Knowledgeable of court procedures and rules in Indiana; Proficient in electronic court filing; Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Exemplary organization and attention to detail skills; Ability to draft memos, letters and documents; A flexible and team oriented disposition; A high level of initiative and self-motivation; A flexible and team oriented disposition; A willingness to strive for the highest quality client service possible; Advanced skills in MS Word; Ability to multi-task; Innovative thinking - must be able to anticipate needs to successfully manage demands.
