Litigation Paralegal The candidate will help in all stages of a personal injury case. There will be some elements of pre-litigation work, but a heavy focus on litigation. The job will include keeping client files updated and organized in the firm's case management software, scheduling/calendaring, e-filing in Texas and federal courts, drafting pleadings/discovery/motions, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel. Experience in plaintiffs' personal injury, specifically in litigation, is required. This will be a remote position, subject to changing to an office setting in the future. Work includes: Keeping client files organized in case management software; Calendar management; Drafting documents; Electronic filing in Texas and federal court; Ordering medical records and billing with affidavits; Communicating with clients and opposing counsel. 1+ year as a Litigation Paralegal in Texas is required. Must have 1+ year in plaintiffs' personal injury. Experience with Texas efiling is required. Should preferably have Experience with federal CM/ECF efiling.
