Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate will serve in document management and organization, including saving to the network, filing, indexing and drafting correspondence. Will serve in calendaring, scheduling, processing business and vendor expenses. Create check requests, professional client interaction, additional administrative tasks as needed. The candidate should have 5+ years of strong Litigation Secretarial experience with emphasis on products liability, premises liability, environmental needed. Exceptional litigation skills with strong knowledge of State and Federal Court rules essential. Excellent working knowledge of legal documents needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with clients essential. Excellent organizational skills needed. Must have experience with e-Filing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2003 (Word, Outlook, Excel) essential.
