Real Estate Paralegal Duties: Main point of contact for all parties. Preparing HUDs and Closing Disclosures. Prepare Deed and other closing documents. Print and organize closing package. Order HOA resale information. Order Payoff information. Review contracts. Title search order. Coordinate and schedule closings. Prepare and send back title work to lender.
Qualifications: Must have 2 years of experience in real estate industry or residential real estate closing is preferred. Commercial or Builder experience a plus. College Degree preferred. Paralegal certification is a plus. Office experience preferred. Excellent customer service. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Proficiency in Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills.
