Paralegal- Civil Litigation The candidate's duties include summarizing and analyzing medical records and discovery requests; drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery; communicating with clients; identifying and coordinating with experts, and overall case management of litigation files. Prefer candidates with 2 years of North Carolina litigation experience. A Bachelor's degree is required and the candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Must have civil litigation experience (motor vehicle accidents/ personal injury experience is preferred), be detail-oriented, have a professional demeanor and be able to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment. Must also have exceptional proofreading skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
