Litigation Paralegal Duties: Utilizing knowledge of complex litigation to assist attorneys with trial preparation. Continual review and management of case files. Preparation of and responses to initial discovery, i.e. interrogatories. Requests for production. Requests for admissions. Issuance of subpoenas and preparation of legal documents such as briefs, and pleadings. Factual chronologies, medical chronologies, agreements, and deposition abstracts/summaries and/or trial binders for use by attorneys. Qualifications: Should have had 3+ years of experience in any combination of general civil, business, product liability, construction, and employment litigation, E-Filing experience in both State and Federal Court, strong communication and client service skills, working knowledge of Relativity, internet software, Microsoft Office Suite programs, Adobe Acrobat Pro, LexisNexis, Pacer, Sanction, and TrialPad.
