Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle multiple aspects of the Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Litigation. Will draft petitions and discovery (reviewed by Attorneys), schedule depositions and mediations, assist Attorneys with Trials, handle client communication and correspondence, keep up with Statute list and other Litigation Paralegal duties. Work closely with 2 experienced and reputable Attorneys. Must have 5 years of Personal Injury Paralegal Litigation experience. Candidates with 10 years or more experience are very much welcome to apply.
