Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be four year paralegal or legal studies degree and 2-4 years of litigation experience to join its business litigation practice. Responsibilities will include overall case management including discovery gathering, e-discovery, drafting pleadings, deposition preparation, and preparing for and attending trial. Qualified candidate must be motivated, have strong computer skills, and be highly organized.
