Seeking Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts, preferably with a mid to large size law firm. Candidate will handle project/case management, drafting and preparation of discovery, state and federal ECF filings, summarizing depositions, trial preparation and trial attendance, legal research, and maintaining hearing schedules, docketing, and calendaring, among other duties.
