Bilingual PI Litigation Paralegal Duties: Provide support to PI litigation attorneys. Assist with drafting petitions and pleadings. Assist with drafting discovery requests and responses. Investigate facts, interview witnesses, etc. Assist with trial preparation. Keep records of conversations, meetings, etc. Interface with clients, opposing counsel, adjusters, etc. Qualifications: 2-3 years' previous experience as a paralegal. Familiarity with legal research, court filings, medical records, etc. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented.
