Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have 2-3 years of immigration law experience and be fluent in English and Spanish. Must have experience with family-based immigration petitions filed with USCIS, consular processing with NVC, and filing evidentiary packs with EOIR and DHS. Should have experience in preparing and filing the following: Family-based immigration law petitions (including I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, and I-360 forms); Adjustment of status and Consular processing; I-589 Asylum and for withholding of removal; Cancellation of removal; Court packs with supporting evidence to be filed before EOIR; U-visa applications; DACA renewal applications; and Employment-based and investment immigration law petitions will be considered a plus.
