Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft answers, notices, affidavits, motions and petitions, correspondence, and discovery requests; Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to discovery requests; Analyze, review and organize documents and data from materials produced during discovery; Schedule depositions, hearings, trials, and mediations; Anticipate important deadlines and manage attorney calendar regarding deadlines; Prepare responses to audit requests; Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, potential clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel; Manage and adjust to interruptions, multiple projects with frequently changing priorities. Monitor and manage document management system; E-file and E-serve case documents; Prepare Trial Notebooks; Enter time in billing system daily and meet billable requirements. Minimum three (3) years experience as a litigation paralegal; Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and strong follow up skills; Ability to effectively prioritize workflow, multi-task and work under pressure; Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation; and Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information.
