Litigation Paralegal / Office Manager The candidate will be responsible for dealing with vendors and accounts, drafting letters, managing files, e-discovery, handling ECF filings, performing paralegal work, and occasionally answering the phone. Should be willing to wear several hats in a small law firm setting, and should have very good writing and oral communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Experience with e-discovery and importing load files into a legal discovery platform such as Eclipse is desired. Should preferably have familiarity with document management software preferred and 2+ years of experience in a law firm environment.
