Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have experience in state and federal courts who has completed an ABA-approved paralegal program. In addition to civil litigation, firm specializes in white collar criminal defense and regulatory receiverships. Duties include traditional paralegal work preparing indices and timelines from client documents and interviews, reviewing and analyzing business records and financial documents, cite-checking, preparing and managing discovery, trial preparation, and maintaining familiarity with court rules and procedures. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with court rules and cite checking (Bluebook) is needed.
