The right candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent writing and communication skills, and be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Job Description The Immigration Paralegal - Bilingual Spanish will provide assistance with immigration cases and work with attorneys to prepare, file, and monitor various immigration and nationality law applications and petitions. The Immigration Paralegal will also be responsible for gathering necessary information and documentation from clients, preparing forms, preparing letters and other documents, monitoring the status of filed applications and petitions, and maintaining client information. Additionally, the Immigration Paralegal will engage in frequent contact with company clients and must be able to maintain confidential information. Requirements: Minimum three years legal assistant experience Immigration experience preferred Strong writing and communication skills Intermediate to advanced proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, Excel Other office software knowledge is helpful, but not required Bilingual (Spanish/English) Individual must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and have strong analytic and organizational skills Ability to prioritize cases, manage caseload and other tasks Salary and Benefits: The Law Firm is offering a competitive salary of $41K - $55K (Glassdoor est.) for this position.
