Ongoing, courteous and pro-active daily client communications (telephone, email). Careful tracking and monitoring of critical deadlines and proactively identify and discuss with JMO attorneys. Communicate with government agencies to track filings and make inquiries on behalf of clients. Identify and execute improvements to our organizational and tracking systems (including electronic and hard copy files). Assist with coordination and preparation of JMO client marketing events and communications (planning, invitations, newsletters, day-of logistics), as needed. Adaptable to change and daily needs, as prompted by new matters and requests initiated by JMO attorneys. Must have High School or equivalent. Should have 2+ years of paralegal experience, including document preparation, research and drafting (e.g. forms, affidavits, support letters/briefs).
