Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare of immigration applications for Adjustment of Status including forms I-485, I-130, I-360, I-864, I-765, and I-131. Assist clients with Immigrant Visas/Lawful Permanent Residence via consular processing including evidentiary submissions to the National Visa Center, frequent communication and status checks with the National Visa Center and United States Consulate, and preparation of pertinent application forms including DS-260 and I-864. Prepare of I-601A waiver applications and supporting evidence, N-400 Applications, DACA applications, I-751 Petitions, and U visa applications for submission to USCIS. Prepare of waiver applications for the Immigration Court including forms EOIR-42A, EOIR-42B and I-589. Prepare of evidentiary packets under the supervision of an attorney for submission to the Immigration Court. Should preferably have 2+ years of Immigration law experience. Mandarin, Spanish skills are required.
