Plaintiff s Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Candidate will be responsible for managing and training a Legal Assistant. Draft letters for attorney review; Answer discovery; Draft witness disclosures; Keep pleading/ Discovery filing maintained; ER 904 other trial documents; Schedule depositions; Draft demands letters. Qualifications: Must have: 1-3 years experience in all phases of plaintiff s personal injury cases; Be able to provide outstanding customer service and be in frequent contact with our clients; A proven ability to manage a large case load; the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment with superb attention to detail; excellent oral and written communication and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff; the ability to provided litigation support; management skills; excellent strength in setting priorities and be able to exercise independent judgement. Must have a passion to help and advocate for clients in all types of personal injury matters. Other necessary requirements are experience with all aspects of case management, including client intake through claim resolution. Deadline: 27 August 2017 (PST)
