Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle all aspects of litigating individual and class action labor and employment law cases. Duties will include drafting pleading and motion work, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, witness interviews, settlement negotiations, arguing motions, and attending hearings and mediations. Must be admitted to practice law in California. Civil litigation experience is crucial. Experience in labor and employment class action litigation is ideal. Should have excellent research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
