Family Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be drafting applications, petitions, letters and affidavits of support. Coordinate filing of applications and petitions. Translation of foreign documents and equivalency evaluations of foreign degrees. Maintain and file case with USCIS and Immigration Court. Produce case reports as needed.? Trouble-shooting and resolving problems and inquiries. Assist attorneys as needed. Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in an immigration law. Knowledge of English and Spanish both writing and speaking.
