Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have prior paralegal experience in complex litigation, preferably securities litigation. Should be an experienced securities paralegal. Working knowledge and understanding of federal and state rules required. Working knowledge and ability to navigate federal and state dockets required. Working knowledge and understanding of civil procedures required. Working knowledge of Westlaw required. Cite-checking and Bluebooking skills required. Excellent attention to detail and superb organization and communication skills required. Solid analytical, critical thinking and time management skills required. Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel required. The ability and willingness to work in a challenging, rewarding, and fast-paced team work environment required. B.A./B.S. degree is required. Paralegal certificate is a plus.
