Immigration Paralegal (USCIS) The candidate will preparation of Family-Based and other USCIS Petitions, specifically Forms I-130, I-485, I-360, Naturalization, DACA, EAD, U Visa, VAWA, and other Petitions. Responding to USCIS Request for Evidence (RFEs), Preparation of Waivers I-601 and I-601As, Consular Processing and Preparation of Immigrant Visa Applications with the National Visa Center, Filing Inquiries with USCIS, Meeting with clients to advise them of documents necessary for their specific case, Answering Phones, Making Copies, scheduling appointments; knowledge of basic administrative tasks, must have a client-service attitude with excellent case management skills, Minimum of 2 plus years experience in a similar position, Immigration Paralegal Skills and Abilities, Excellent communication skills are required.
