Corporate Paralegal The candidate will build up and maintain global entity management system, updating ownership, officer, and director information for domestic, offshore, and international entities. Provide a broad range of paralegal support for domestic, offshore, and international corporate housekeeping, including maintenance of current and historical corporate information, and drafting and reviewing corporate resolutions. Assist with various KYC due diligence requests. Participate in special projects, as needed. Bachelor's Degree (and/or Paralegal Certificate) is required. Should have 4-5 years of experience with an emphasis within an in-house financial services setting supporting complex corporate structure and transactions. Experience with corporate secretarial, governance, and transactional matters, especially with entity formations, qualifications, and dissolutions is required.
