Litigation Support Paralegal The candidate will coordinate with the L&DR team on all litigation matters, as directed by the Litigation Support Manager. Will provide day-to-day technical support for the L&DR team. Work with the L&DR team and Panel Vendors on documenting, promoting and following best practices for litigation support. Keep abreast of developments in the litigation support field. Maintain knowledge base of practice, providers and technology related to litigation support. Work closely with the Litigation Support Manager, ensure effective day-to-day working relationships with vendors and: Recommend solutions for EDRM document management and litigation support services. Assist in forecasting pricing for litigation matters. Ensure the Firm and its clients always attain the best possible service for litigation engagement. Work with the L&DR team and Finance to ensure that client billing is accurate and adheres to Firm standards; work with the Finance department and case team to resolve any related issues. Monitor and report on vendor performance, particularly in areas of cost/quality and time. Bachelor's degree is needed. Should have 3+ years of experience in a Litigation Support role, including project and vendor coordination. Law firm experience is required. Understanding of the litigation process, litigation support technology and electronic discovery is needed. Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels are essential.
