Litigation Paralegal - Insurance Defense/Civil Litigation The candidate will have order and organize medical and employment records,Prepare documents for production,c ommunicate with the insurance adjusters, clients and other counsel and coordinate investigation of claims, initial drafts of discovery, analyze and responds to incoming discovery and summarize case specific documents. Shall have ability to handle small matters with little to no oversight and/or direction and handle medium size matters with some oversight and direction. Prepare for trial, including witness and exhibit lists. Send documents to retained experts.Should be High School or Equivalent qualified. Must have prior law firm experience 2- 3 years, insurance defense preferred.
