IP Patent / Trademark Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Conducting patent and trademark searches, and related research.-Preparing and proofing patent and trademark documents and electronic filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office-Support attorneys during patent and trademark litigation by drafting pleadings, locating case law, preparing exhibits, conducting discovery and corresponding with experts and other witnesses-Communicating with clients, vendors, USPTO personnel, court personnel, experts, attorneys, and others as directed-U.S. client relations-Time entry-Patent and trademark docket management. ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate is essential.
