Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5 years experience in personal injury/mass tort/storm damage litigation. Must have experience with/in 10+ Trials. Bilingual highly preferred. Needles experience highly preferred. Will be drafting discovery, thorough knowledge of TRCP and FRCP rules which apply to trial preparation (i.e., 18.001 s, TRCP 203, business record affidavits, etc.), e-filing, preparing trial notebooks, ordering medical records, signing-up new cases, setting up medical appointments, supervising pre-lit legal assistants and support staff, responding to client inquiries, scheduling depositions, coordinating with record retrieval companies and deposition companies. Must have ability to manage case from sign-up to closing out post-verdict or settlement with assistance of other support staff.
