Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be issuing subpoenas, review, and summary of medical records, summarizing depositions, assistance with preparation and editing of pleadings, discovery requests, and responses, and correspondence, investigating case/claim background information via available internet sources and social media, filing pleadings with Federal and State courts, trial preparation, organizing and managing files, calendaring, and docketing. Providing superior work products and excellent client service. Should have 5+ years of experience in civil litigation. Proficiency with the Federal and State court filings, procedures in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management software, attention to detail, ability to work independently, organization, and time management skills are required.
