The firm has a full-service international practice and specializes in corporate and securities transactions, commercial litigation, and intellectual property. The attorneys at this firm are a diverse group with a wide variety of backgrounds, but they are all dedicated to the quality of their work and to serving the needs of their clients. While this firm is decidedly rigid in the academic standards necessary to work here, they also look for individualists. Hoping to learn and profit from diversity, this firm likes people who stand out in a crowd, which makes these offices lively and occasionally competitive. While well known for their corporate practice, it's the litigators pulling the long hours these days, in sometimes cramped but well decorated midtown offices. This firm is known in the community as one of the most desirable places to work, and we couldn't agree more.
