Litigation Paralegal Candidate must have proven experience: (1) drafting pleadings and motions; (2) reviewing medical records and preparing medical chronologies & billing summaries; (3) interacting with clients in a professional manner; (4) answering and reviewing discovery materials; and (5) be willing to assist with setting depositions, calendaring deadlines and the multitude of things involved in a small law practice.
