Pre-Litigation Paralegal The candidate' must have a strong background in Plaintiff's work and be able to handle a case from inception. Responsibilities include document preparation, client contact, medical records preparation and review. Applicant must have an understanding of insurance, specifically bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. Must be able to draft a demand. Working knowledge of Plaintiff software such as Aderant/Client Profiles preferred. Salary commensurate with experience and includes health insurance for employee. High school or equivalent (Required); Experience: 3-5 years (Preferred).
