Paralegal - Casualty Litigation/Professional Liability The candidate will assist a variety of attorneys during the entire litigation process, subject to the supervision of the attorney responsible for the matter. Responsibilities include supporting all facets of discovery; trial and appellate preparation; court filings; document management and production; and exhibit preparation. Bachelor's degree plus paralegal certificate. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Kofax/Nuance, iManage, and Lexis Nexis. Knowledge of the local court systems is a must with a strong preference for knowledge of the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Knowledge of billable hours and billing software.
