Entry Level Immigration Legal Secretary The candidate will answer phones, take messages, schedule appointments, meet clients and guests. Maintain office income and expense daily. Fill out Forms. Prepare email correspondence. Draft letters. Create and maintain filing system. Type, prepare, mail and file documents. Maintain daily calendars. Log and scan documents. Maintain confidentiality of client's information. Book travel arrangements. Plan, travel and attend meetings and conferences. Perform related works as required under the supervision of Attorney. Should have High School Diploma. Should have 9 Months to 1 Years Excellent oral communication and writing skills in English (Required). Knowledge of Nepali /Hindi language is a plus.
