Litigation Paralegal (insurance Defense) The candidate will be responsible for litigation case management, preparing filings and documents, page line deposition summaries, medical records summaries, and some legal research. Also, paralegal will exercise excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and strong organizational skills and manage time effectively with the ability to think critically/analytically in a dynamic environment. Must have experience with billable hours is a strong plus.Should have some a minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience, well-organized, independent, detailed oriented and ability to multi-task with strong oral and written communication skills. Must have ABA Paralegal certificate generally required. with NY Paralegal in the subject line.
