Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be a 2+ year civil litigation paralegal/legal assistants with bankruptcy and collections experience. In addition to bankruptcy and collections experience, the candidate must have experience drafting complaints, answers, motions, discovery requests, and responses. Must be able to professionally and effectively communicate with fellow staff, clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors. Minimum of 2 years in civil litigation experience. Knowledge of A1-Law Case Management System is a plus.
