San Francisco office seeks a corporate legal assistant with 4-5 years of experience in secured lending to finance M&A, including performing, reviewing and summarizing lien searches, preparing corporate resolutions, preparing credit agreement schedules, working with banks on due diligence, obtaining certificates of good standing, and preparing UCC financing statements and collateral statements. Ideal candidates will have strong computer abilities, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree is a plus. Travel and overtime may be required. Bachelor's degree is preferred, paralegal certificate is needed. Proficiency in the use of law office software, including Word, Lotus Notes, and Excel is required.
