Litigation Paralegal Candidate must have: B.S./B.A. Degree or paralegal certificate. 3+ years' litigation experience. Discovery and trial prep experience including creation and maintenance of trial binders. Experience in document organization and productions, and preparation of exhibit lists. Strong working knowledge of federal and state court rules and civil procedures. Excellent attention to detail; superb organization and communications skills. Solid analytical, critical thinking and time management skills. The ability and willingness to work in a challenging, rewarding and fast-paced team work environment. Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite.
