Litigation Paralegal The candidate will do word processing; and may include drafting pleadings, record summaries and discovery documents; coordinating the production of third party records from medical providers; preparing deposition notices and subpoenas; scheduling; analyzing, reviewing and organizing documents/data for document production and discovery responses; docketing deadlines; managing the conflicts check process for new matters; coordinating meetings, maintaining case files; e-filing court documents, and other duties as assigned. Will be responsible for entering time in PCLAW. Knowledge of PCLAW is a plus. Must have 1+ years of solid litigation experience, excellent interpersonal/communication skills, strong writing/grammar/proofing skills. Must be proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience in a defense litigation firm is preferred. A paralegal certificate is a plus. Experience with personal injury and litigation is a plus.
